What could be more weight(less) than an anole resting on a hosta leaf?

i am familiar with some but i don’t know their names (and those that i know are mostly in local languages). I have been trying to find out about one insect in particular. unfortunately, i have not been able to find out much about it 😦

If you pick them up they will bite down on anything you put in their mouth. A gardening friend told me she would catch them and “clip” them on her ears when she was a child, like dangling earrings. Can you imagine?
