March: Wildlife in the Garden

Thanks to HeyJude for creating this Garden Photography Challenge. This month’s theme is “Wildlife in the Garden.”

A flock of robins is flitting around the garden right now, but I’m not fast enough with the camera to catch them. So…

Last summer I caught this Green Tree Frog (Hyla cinerea) taking a rest on a hosta leaf.

Shade, water and a sure foundation. What more could a critter want?

The birds are too quick for me and my camera equipment too. Great shot of the tree frog and water droplets.
