Please note that this is a repeat of an earlier post. I have no idea why it was deleted from my blog, but I thought I would repeat it for the record.
Once again it’s time for In a Vase on Monday, hosted by Cathy at Rambling in the Garden. Each week she invites us to select something from the garden and share in a vase. It is certainly a welcome encouragement to bring garden lovelies into the house.
I have a number of ‘Tete-a-Tete’ daffodils in bloom, and my Arranger suggested (something I have learned to follow…always) to make them the stars this week. With Easter approaching, she also recommended a seasonal theme to go along with the daffodils.
My Arranger has a particularly strong affection for little rabbits. I’m glad the ones she likes are made of pottery or concrete and not the huechera-eating, coneflower-eating, liriope-eating kind, which are prevalent but not at all welcome in my garden. The inanimate ones I can live with. These fall into the “cute” category.
You will just have to guess what might be in the egg. I don’t dare ask.
‘Tete-a-Tete’ daffodils have been a favorite since I was first introduced to them fifteen or so years ago. They reliably return…early… and multiply well. I am partial to their soft yellow color.
Please visit Cathy at Rambling in the Garden to see what vases are being shared with us this week.

So festive! And perfectly in sync with our warm weather, even though it is a repeat.

Thanks, Marian. I can’t explain what happened to what I sent yesterday. It just vanished, but fortunately it was in my inbox.

Couldn’t easily forget those little rabbits! So annoying when these glitches happen, isn’t it?

Thanks. Fortunately the bunnies don’t seem to love the daffodils.
