John Viccellio retired after 24 years in the U. S. Navy and began to dig into gardening when he could finally land in one place. He completed the Master Gardener course in 1992 and has since designed and constructed two of his own gardens. He wrote a monthly garden column for ten years and was a regular contributor to Carolina Gardener magazine. John published his first book, Guess What's in My Garden!, in 2014.
He lives in a retirement community in Matthews, NC.
That looks like today’s breakfast. Who can resist a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?

Ha! Well I have to have almond butter or tahini – slight allergy – but our local store has a peanut butter with flax seeds and chia seeds – and wow is it amazing – different – but good.

Well if peanut butter works for you then lave “well enough alone” ha!
And again – fun take on the wpc – the knife adds to it as well!
And my mother n law said this (p b and j ) is her go to sandwich when she travels (visits family) because it is easy – everyone has it and it is a nice protein alternative if she does not like their dinner option!
