Garden Bloggers’ Foliage Day: September 2016

Today is Garden Bloggers’ Foliage Day when we are invited by Christina at Creating my own Garden of the Hesperides to share photos of the foliage in our gardens. A quick stroll through a thankfully wet garden (a small bit of rain overnight) revealed a few of my plants showing off their foliage today.

    The variegated liriopi is stunning, does it require much irrigation during your summer? I was looking at some today at the nursery. Thanks for joining GBFD for September.

      Thanks, Christina. I haven’t had any problems with the liriope waterwise…only with rabbits. The green and variegated varieties are great plants. But be careful of the silver variety…it is a thug.
