  1. These two go well together. Can’t believe how far ahead we are. The buds on my dogwood are starting to swell.

I agree Rahul – Johnvic8’s photos are as thoughtful as the wonderful floral arrangements. Is ‘in a vase for monday’ a personal challenge for your blog J.vic8? It’s beautiful looking through this category 🙂

Thank you, Michelle, for your comment. It is a challenge to fill a vase every Monday, particularly during the winter months. In 2016 I made a New Year’s Resolution to post a vase every Monday of the year. i’m happy to say that it may the only resolution I’ve kept in my life. I haven’t been able to do that this year.

The vase is the perfect colour and shape to complement your blooms – well done to both of you and thank you for sharing

I have never grown Lenten Roses. I’m about to go out and pick the tallest daffodil that has worked it’s way up in a sunny protected area and force it’s bud to bloom. I’m hungry for spring. Your flowers are lovely.

Replies welcome...really!
