In a Vase on Monday: Cheer

We are getting into the Christmas spirit around our house. The wreaths are hung, the candles are in the windows, the tree is trimmed, and a glass or two of Christmas cheer has been tasted. My Arranger surprised me by creating this arrangement of ‘Our Linda’ camellias and some recently planted purple pansies. In years past this sleigh might have held some Christmas candies or greenery, but she delightfully filled it with these flowers.

An overhead look:

Let me invite you to visit Cathy at Rambling in the Garden to see what she and so many others are sharing from their gardens this week. Perhaps you might also raise a glass of Christmas cheer in her honor.

It’s always fun to start pulling out some dear favorites and begin decorating. None here yet but it could happen. The Arranger put together a splendid look for today.
