In a Vase on Monday: Addendum

Kimberley at Cosmos and Cleome, in commenting on my In a Vase on Monday post today, asked to see a side view of the celery dish in the arrangement. In my continuing effort to be responsive to my readers, here is the requested photograph.

I took out the heuchera leaves to show just the dish…

and added an additional look from the top for good measure.

Kimberley, I hope this is the view you wanted.

  1. What a stunning dish?
    Is it antique or modern?

  2. Thanks! : ) It’s every bit as lovely as I imagined it would be! My grandmother had a similar dish that we would see at large family dinners. I hope it wasn’t too hard for your arranger to put the Heuchera leaves back into it!

Hi, I have nominated you for a Liebster award for new blogs. I have only been following you for a short while but I really enjoy your posts. This is a bit of a chain letter thing though and involves answering a few questions and linking back to me, having just done this myself it wasn’t difficult just a little time consuming. If you look at my latest post I think all will become clear and you will find all the questions you need to answer there too. Thank Sue Turner.
