That looks like today’s breakfast. Who can resist a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?

Ha! Well I have to have almond butter or tahini – slight allergy – but our local store has a peanut butter with flax seeds and chia seeds – and wow is it amazing – different – but good.

Well if peanut butter works for you then lave “well enough alone” ha!
And again – fun take on the wpc – the knife adds to it as well!
And my mother n law said this (p b and j ) is her go to sandwich when she travels (visits family) because it is easy – everyone has it and it is a nice protein alternative if she does not like their dinner option!
